OFFICE OF THE PERMANENT SECRETARY


Office of the Permanent Secretary is concerned with the administration, coordination, control, monitoring and supervision of the operation and implementation of the ministerial policies of the various Ministry's functionaries; acting as data center to dev elop management information system, formulating policies for ministerial regulation, computerization and public relations; personnel administration, training, pension, and the processing of other affairs not under jurisdiction of any Ministry of Finance's agency.

The Office of the Permanent Secretary consists of four divisions : General Affairs Division; Personnel Division; Finance Division and Computer Division.
