To finance such deficit, the government has borrowed 157,610 million baht. Therefore, the treasury reserve at the end of November 2020 was at 376,155 million baht.

Revenue collection was lower than the target due to the economic impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the implementation of government’s tax relief measures to support individuals and businesses.
