Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, presided over the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement on the “Sustainable Civil Servant Debt Consolidation Project for Agencies under the Ministry of Finance”, Mr. Julapun Amornvivat, Deputy Minister of Finance, and Mr. Paopoom Rojanasakul, Deputy Minister of Finance, also attended as honorary witnesses to the collaboration between Krungthai Bank and the Ministry of Finance, with Mr.Lavaron Sangsnit, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, along with executives of agencies under the Ministry of Finance participated in the signing ceremony. Nine agencies under the Ministry signed the agreement, including the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Treasury Department, Comptroller General’s Department, Customs Department, Excise Department, Revenue Department, State Enterprise Policy Office, Public Debt Management Office, Fiscal Policy Office, and Seven cooperatives under the Ministry also joined the signing. The project aims to assist vulnerable groups of government officials in sustainably solving their debt problems at the Kampan Thong Room, 150th Anniversary Building, the Ministry of Finance, August 5, 2024.
